ObsceneArt.net is a website that allows people to submit funny messanger/IRC quotes for the world to laugh at or frown at. Unlike other quote websites (you know who you are) all messages are accepted.
Quotes can be voted on and rated by users. Quotes that suck will be automatically phased out. Quotes that pwn will automatically be placed in higher esteem than others.

Want an instant message conversation with you in it taken down? Too bad. Read your the terms of service of your instant messanger program, you don't own your conversations. If, however, a quote mentions a phone number or complete name and needs to be taken down due to harrassment through non IM mediums, you can contact nukleocide and plead your case (we will most likely censor material as opposed to removing it).
